What we collect, and why

Contact form and email. If you write to us, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use them to reply, and we keep the correspondence only as long as it's useful for helping you.

Bookings. Reservations are handled by ResNexus on their secure booking site. Payment details go directly to ResNexus and never touch this website. Their privacy policy applies to the booking process; we receive the reservation details needed to host your stay.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general region, how you found us). This involves cookies; a notice appears on your first visit. The data is aggregated - we don't use it to identify you personally.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers that make the site and bookings work (ResNexus for reservations, our website host, our email provider), or where the law requires.

Your choices

You can browse with cookies declined, ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete correspondence - just email sunsetinlet@myyahoo.com. We handle personal information in line with PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law).
